Phillips Farm is located in North East Texas approximately 50 miles NE of Dallas, Texas.  We raise, registered AQHA and APHA and POA horse for pleasure and performance.  Phillips Farm strives to provide the best quality horses in both pedigree and disposition and athletic ability.  Great horses with trainable disposition and willingness to learn are very important to us.

LaRena grew up in Northwest Iowa and David is a native Texan.  LaRena has been training and showing horses for over 25 years and is an approved Judge with the POAC and PtHA.  She trained and showed professionally for several years with a strong focus on youth and amateur riders.   Our farm consists of 70 beautiful acres in North East Texas with improve coastal pastures, turn out pens and a foaling barn.  Our main barn houses 8 horses, a palpation and lab area, wash rack and covered riding area. 

LaRena and David are now the proud parents of three beautiful children and LaRena no longer trains horses for the public. 

Both David and LaRena are certified in Equine Breeding Management and both are trained in equine artificial collection and insemination.  LaRena is a full time mom and a keeps busy with her home based graphic design, website and video editing business.  www.equinevideocreations.com
